Hello, my name is Yisel! I’m excited to be back at PTN, where I previously worked in 2021. I recently rejoined the team as a translator and also support the front office between my translation duties. I’m passionate about working with children and enjoy helping them achieve their goals, empowering them to succeed in every aspect of their lives. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my two boys. We’re always on the lookout for new adventures and enjoy discovering fun activities together on the weekends.

My name is Celina, and I joined PTN in 2024, initially as a translator before expanding my role to include front office responsibilities. It has been a true joy to support children and their families by bridging language barriers and helping them feel welcome and understood. When I’m not at work, I enjoy relaxing or spending quality time with my family. A fun fact about me: I am an ordained minister!

Hello! My name is Ally. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2023 with a degree in Health Care Management and went on to earn my MBA in 2024. I began my professional journey at PTN while completing my master’s, seamlessly blending my passion for both health care and business. Working in a medical and health-focused environment has truly been the perfect fit for me, allowing me to make a meaningful impact every day. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and playing with my energetic golden retriever, Hank.

Hello! My name is Adriana, and I’ve had the pleasure of working at PTN since 2018, serving both in the front office and as a translator. My connection to PTN began as a parent—my children received therapy here and truly enjoyed every moment of their experience. That personal journey inspired me to join the team and give back to the community that supported my family. When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my husband and kids. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I cherish every moment we share together.

Hello! My name is Dru. With over 30 years of experience as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired, I am proud to have dedicated much of my career to making a difference in the lives of others. Now semi-retired, I enjoy bringing my passion for helping people into my role at the PTN front office, where I’ve been a part of the team since 2014. While I’ve cherished my professional journey, my greatest joy comes from being “MiMi” to my two wonderful grandchildren. They are truly the light of my life!

My name is Paula Atkins, and I have proudly served as the front office manager at PTN since 2014. I hold an associate’s degree in business administration from CVCC. My connection to PTN is both professional and deeply personal—both my daughter and son were born premature and received exceptional care and services here. This firsthand experience fuels my passion for supporting families and ensuring every child receives the best possible care. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book, enjoying days on the water, and appreciating classic cars and trucks.
