Hi, I’m Katey Hicks, a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant with five years of experience. I’ve been with PTN for four of those years, and I truly love helping children grow, learn, and thrive through hands-on, play-based therapy. I earned my degree from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, and it’s been such a rewarding journey ever since.

In my free time, you can usually find me reading a good book, out on a hike, or spending time with my dog and family.

Hey, I’m Hailey! I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2022 and then my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2024 at Lenoir-Rhyne University. This is my first year as an OT and I have a big passion for pediatric OT! I completed my fieldwork rotations in outpatient pediatrics, inpatient rehab, acute care, and I have experience in the NICU! I went to Ecuador for 10 days to study abroad and I completed a level 1 pediatric rotation while I was there. I had an amazing and unforgettable experience! In my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and family, travel especially to the beach, and read! I love working with kiddos, their families, and supporting them to reach their fullest potential!

Rachel V. has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since graduating from Anoka Technical College in Minnesota in 2014. She is also certified in lymphedema and has been part of Pediatric Therapy Network since 2016. Rachel is passionate about helping families understand the reasons behind their child’s behaviors and specializes in supporting children with sensory challenges, ADHD, and and those who are at risk for be removed from daycare due to sensory or behavioral challenges. In the clinic, you’ll often find her crafting, setting up obstacle courses, or diving headfirst into play to connect with kids in meaningful ways. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys photography and can often be found behind the camera capturing special moments at her children’s sporting events.

Hello, My name is Rebecca Angle. better known as Mrs Becky. I have been pracitcing as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for more than 30 years and have been with Pediatric Therapy Network since February of 2017. I have diverse experience in many areas of Occupational Therapy practice. Problem solving and adaptive techniques are some of my favorite areas of treatment.

I’m Brittany and I’ve been a pediatric OT since 2022! I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, with my Master’s of science in OT and Bachelors in rehab sciences. I have always wanted to work with kids and I am so grateful I get to work every day to hopefully help to make an impact in their lives! I moved to NC after college with my husband and in my spare time I love hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family!

Hi I’m Elizabeth! I obtained my BS in Integrated Health Sciences in 2021 from Mars Hill University. I then went on to complete my AAS degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Asheville-Buncombe Technical College in 2023. While new to the occupational therapy world, I have had fieldwork rotations in inpatient rehab, outpatient pediatric, and wheelchair seating and mobility. In my free time I love spending time with my family,my puppy, reading, and traveling. I love working with kiddos and supporting them through their therapeutic journey!

Hi, I’m Sara! I have been practicing as an occupational therapy assistant for almost 4 years now. I graduated with my AS in Occupational Therapy from Keiser University in Florida. I made my way over to North Carolina a few years ago and have been enjoying the cool mountain air, renovating my farmhouse, & finding new adventures in NC with my 2 dogs! I specialize in sensory feeding, handwriting, and sensory integration. I have previous experience in the home and school settings and also worked as a special needs nanny, so pediatrics has always been a passion of mine. I love working as a part of this incredible team and changing lives one smile at a time.

Hi, my name is Kirsten and I have been a COTA for almost two years now! I received my undergraduate degree from Lenoir Rhyne university in exercise science and continued to pursue my associate’s degree in occupational therapy at Cabarrus college of health sciences. In my down time i love hanging out with my family and friends! I love working with kids and being able to watch them grow and being able to independently do the things they love!

My name is Melissa Del Conte. I am an Occupational Therapist and the Team Leader for the OT Department.

I obtained my master’s in Occupational Therapy at Lenoir Rhyne University in 2015 and have been working for Pediatric Therapy Network ever since then. I enjoy working with the pediatric population because there is never a dull moment! I evaluate and treat a wide variety of children but specialize in evaluating and treating pediatric feeding difficulties. My certifications include SOS Approach to Feeding and Beckman Oral Motor.

In my spare time my children and husband keep me busy! I enjoy going to my kid’s sporting events, reading, traveling to the beach, and exercising.

Hi, I’m Jenna! I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2019. I earned my master’s degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and went on to complete my doctorate at the Medical University of South Carolina. During my time there, I also wrote and published a children’s book about pediatric OT titled “Alex and Taylor’s OT Adventures”. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time on the lake with my husband and daughter, reading a good book, or cheering on the Tennessee Vols!

I’ve been a practicing occupational therapist since 2022. I enjoy working with the pediatric population because I get to be creative with my treatment sessions and play every day! I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019 with my undergraduate degree in exercise science. I graduated from Emory & Henry College in 2021 with my masters in occupational therapy. To further my knowledge I’ve complete courses in DIR Floortime Approach, Therapeutic Listening, and with TalkTools. In my spare time I enjoy any outdoor activity, reading, and baking!
